Effective April 1, 2023, for security purposes, Millry Communications will no longer accept credit or debit card payments called into our business office.

When paying your phone bill with a credit or debit card, please use one of these methods:

  • Payment by phone using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) by dialing 1-866-772-8792 toll free
  • Payment online using eBill at millry.net
  • Auto credit card or bank draft. Sign up using eBill and have your phone bill charged automatically to your credit card, debit card, or checking account each month.

Payments made after 4:00 PM Central Time, on holidays, or on weekends post to your account the next business day.


Pay By Phone Using IVR

  1. Dial 1-866-772-8792 toll free.
  2. Enter the 10-digit account number from your billing statement.
  3. First Time Users: Enter your Secret Code.
    • Your secret code is ‘393’ plus the last four digits of the main telephone number listed on the first page of your bill. Example: If your main telephone number is 846-7332, your Secret Code is ‘3937332’.
  4. Set up your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN).
    • Make a note of your PIN for future payments.
  5. To make a payment, press ‘2’.

Pay Online Using eBill

  1. Visit our website to register for eBill.
  2. You will be asked to enter your 10-digit Account Number (found on the first page our your phone bill), and your Security Code.
    • Your secret code is ‘393’ plus the last four digits of the main telephone number listed on the first page of your bill. Example: If your main telephone number is 846-7332, your Secret Code is ‘3937332’.
    • You will need both your Account Number and your Security Code to register.
  3. Once you have registered, you will be asked to create a User Name and Password for your eBill account.
    • USERNAME: Must be between 6 and 16 alpha characters long. No numbers or special characters.
    • PASSWORD: Must be between 6 and 30 characters long, must contain letters and numbers and can contain special characters @ # $ % ^ & + = only. Example: ‘MillryTelco#1’.
  4. After registering you will be directed to a login screen to sign in. You can verify your personal information, view your bill, and make a payment.
