Pay Online Using eBill

The automated bill payment system is secured and operated by Paymentus for Millry Communications. You may view and pay your bill online using electronic check or a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit card.

The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications between you and Paymentus are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology, and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in the processing center. We safeguard any personal information you may supply and do not share it.

To pay online:

  1. Visit our customer portal.
  2. If you are a new eBill user, click “Register Now”.
  3. Once you have registered, you will be asked to add your account information:
    • ACCOUNT NUMBER: Account number listed on your phone bill (excluding any leading zeros).
    • MAIN PHONE NUMBER: Main phone number listed on your phone bill (including area code).
  4. After registering you can verify your personal information, view your bill, and make a payment.

Payments made after 4:30 PM Central Time, on holidays, or weekends will be posted to your account the next business day.

If you prefer, you also can sign up for auto pay by completing an enrollment form. Please click the button below to download and complete the Auto Bill Pay Enrollment Form to have your payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. Simply return your completed form via our drop box at our business office. Or take a picture of your completed form and email to info@millry.com. [Please note: enrollment for auto pay by bank draft using the enrollment form requires inclusion of additional documentation as noted on the form.]

Make your payment by phone using Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

    1. Dial 1-844-557-4313 toll free.
    2. Enter the account number from your billing statement, excluding any leading zeros, followed by #.
    3. Enter your 10-digit phone number, including area code, followed by #.
    4. Enter your 10-digit daytime contact phone number, including area code.
    5. To make a payment, press ‘1’.
