May 18, 2020 – Lobby Open

In an effort to keep our customers and employees safe our Lobby has been closed since April 13th, we intend to open it back up for Customers. We will be cleaning during the day and sanitizing this area, in addition we will have hand sanitizer for customer usage in the lobby. We ask that if the Lobby has more than two customers inside, please wait on our porch until these customers have completed their business. We continue to practice social distance guidelines.

 

The following payment options are still available:

  1. Pay online at millry.net using electronic check, or a VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card
  2. ACH or direct debit from your bank account
  3. Call 251-846-2911 or 888-227-5710 to pay by phone during normal business hours
  4. Use the drive thru or payment drop box

 

We hope life will soon resume to the normal that we all remember prior to March 2020.

April 9, 2020 – Lobby Closed

In an effort to keep our employees and customers safe, effective Monday, April 13th, the lobby will be closed for walk-in customers to make payments or changes to their account.  The only exception is for New Service applications.  In this case, the customer may call ahead to make an appointment. If possible, all new service applications and documents will be taken care of via email/fax.

 

To make payments, the following payment options are available:

Due to the lobby being closed, there may be a long wait to receive service at our drive thru window.

March 30, 2020 – Millry Communications Remains Open

The lobby and drive thru remain open at this time.  As extra precautions, we strongly encourage our customers to to utilize the multiple options for paying their bill or reporting service without having to enter our lobby.

March 26, 2020 – Measures We Are Taking Before Technicians Enter Homes

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that our customers are relying heavily on our services to stay in touch with loved ones, to complete school assignments, or to work remotely from home.  Our technicians are working hard every day to ensure you stay connected.

In order to reduce any risks to our customers and employees, we will make every effort to resolve any issues remotely.  If a technician needs to enter your home or business to complete an installation or repair order, please understand that we will ask a series of questions which may require us to reschedule your appointment.

March 24, 2020 – Staying Connected

We understand the importance of being connected to the world during this time of uncertainly, whether to work from home, completed schoolwork, or stay connected to loved ones.  Millry Communications is temporarily suspending any termination of service due to non-payment for the March 1 bill cycle.  In addition, late payment fees were not applied.

We encourage you to continue paying your bill to avoid a large balance with this state of emergency has passed. If you are unable to pay your bill due to economic conditions related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we ask that you call and talk with our Customer Service team to discuss your situation and options.

March 23, 2020 – Hotspot Update

As previously mentioned, we have added two hotspots to our communities.  The locations are listed below.  Users will be able to connect their devices from the parking lot so that they can continue to practice social distancing. We are waiting on other equipment to be delivered and will provide updates on additional hotspots in our coverage area next week.

March 16, 2020 – Community Hotspots

During this time of uncertainty, Millry Communications plans to add WIFI internet access services in some public settings throughout the community, where we have the ability.

We are in discussions with various schools and colleges to determine how we can provide assistance to students at this time. We will provide an update if and when any Public WIFI Hotspots are available in our communities.

March 16, 2020 – Increased Speed for Customers

In an effort to help our community and its students during this time, Millry Communications will increase the speed of internet access to any current subscriber that is in need due to work requirements or classwork.  Please contact our Customer Service Representatives 251-846-2911 to request an increased speed. We will verify whether this can be completed at your location. If we have the capability to increase your speed, we will do so at no cost increase to the customer until April 30, 2020.
